Once your application has been reviewed and you confirm acceptance of your plot offer, that digital confirmation constitutes a binding agreement — carrying the same standing as a signed physical contract.
Yes. Every application goes through an eligibility review, and only one plot is permitted per household.
Plot allocations are granted for a 12-month term. Your lease is renewable annually, subject to your compliance with the Garden Rules, and renewal is completed online.
Once a plot has been allocated to you, you must complete payment within 48 hours. If payment is not completed within that window, the allocation is automatically cancelled.
Keep your plants below 1.5 m in height (except for approved crops), and use organic methods only — chemical pesticides and herbicides are not allowed. When deciding what to grow, choose plants that work well together.
